HOTEL CASA DE LOS ARCOS has a 3-star rating. It is located at Vélez-Blanco, in the Almeria district, in the Los Vélez region. It has a surface area of 1,400 m² and was built in 1730 and completely refurbished in 1997. Our guests can enjoy all the creature comforts and excellent service from our staff of 3.

Rooms
The house can accommodate up to 26 people and has 14 rooms. Guests can choose between 6 double rooms with a large sitting room, 2 with a regular sitting room, 4 double rooms and 2 singles, all with a full bathroom. Its wooden beams, traditional "revoltones" (mouldings) and the ironwork grills reflect Velez's typical architecture.
All the rooms are equipped with:
- Heating.
- Telephone.
- Television.
- Hair dryer.
Its traditional furniture is handmade, using different woods and metals. One of the rooms is adapted for the disabled.
Cots and 5 extra folding beds are available.

Useful tourist information
Set among the pine groves of the Sierra de Maria-Los Vélez Nature Reserve, with 22,500 hectares teeming with a varied flora and fauna, the Velez-Blanco historic-artistic site is crowned by the Marquises de Velez's Renaissance castle, and has many ornamental fountains with crystal clear waters. It has important examples of rock paintings from the Levante region, recently declared World Heritage by UNESCO.
